Chipliner Curtains

Sapphire manufactures reinforced chipliner curtains for both new-build and replacement trailers. Chipliner trailers are designed to carry loose bulk materials such as woodchip, bark, sawdust, wood fibre and peat, placing sustained outward pressure on the side curtains during operation.

Compared with a conventional curtainsider curtain, chipliner curtains are manufactured with an oversized height and continuous additional webbing reinforcement throughout their construction. This helps the curtain resist bulging caused by loose bulk loads while providing a robust solution for demanding operating environments.
